InfernoSIM Azure support
On this page
Help with installation, scheduled reliability tests, Azure identity and evidence.
Email pranaysparihar@tryinferno.space. Include “InfernoSIM Azure” in the subject and describe the impact. Pro and Enterprise customers can use this channel for product support. Any contracted response commitment is set out in your order; this page does not promise 24-hour coverage or a response-time SLA.
What to include#
- Product and extension version, plan, Kubernetes version and Azure region.
- The affected operation, the approximate time it failed and a minimal reproduction.
- Sanitized SimulationRun conditions, the Job name and relevant log lines.
- Whether the issue prevents installation, blocks a test or affects reporting.
Send the smallest sanitized example. Do not email credentials, bundle passphrases, private keys, payment details or unredacted incident bundles. We will agree a suitable transfer method if additional diagnostic files are needed.
Before opening a request#
Check the troubleshooting guide and release notes. Azure resource provisioning, Microsoft checkout, invoices and subscription administration may also require Microsoft support.
Security reports#
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to pranaysparihar@tryinferno.space. Describe the affected version and reproduction steps without exposing another person's data. Do not publish exploit details in a public issue before coordinated review.
Open-source engine#
For reproducible issues in the public engine, use the InfernoSIM issue tracker. Commercial Azure configuration and private customer diagnostics belong in the support email channel.
