Effective 3 October 2026

Inferno, operated by Pranay Singh Parihar in India, provides InfernoSIM and InfernoRT. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, commercial product relationships and support.

Incident data in InfernoSIM Azure#

InfernoSIM Azure runs in your Azure Kubernetes Service cluster. Incident bundles are read from storage you configure, and reports and evidence are written to your Azure Blob container or persistent volume. The product does not send incident payloads, decrypted bundles, test reports or runtime logs to Inferno by default. You control the data, Azure identities, access, retention and deletion in your environment.

Your own agent command, dependencies and Azure services can make network requests according to your configuration. Review and sanitize incident content before replay. Do not include data you are not authorized to process.

Information we receive#

Why we use it#

We use this information to respond to requests, deliver support, administer commercial relationships, investigate faults or abuse, improve our products and meet accounting or legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on fulfilling a contract, our legitimate operational interests, legal obligations or your consent.

Service providers and disclosures#

We use service providers for website hosting, business email and software distribution. Microsoft operates Marketplace and the Azure services you choose. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. We share only information needed for the relevant service, a lawful request or the protection of our users and business. We do not sell personal information or use support attachments for advertising.

Retention and security#

We retain business and support records for as long as needed for the purpose described above and applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them where practicable. Incident data held in your Azure subscription follows your storage and backup policies. We use access controls and reasonable security measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices#

Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or unredacted production data with a support request. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or raise a privacy concern, at pranaysparihar@tryinferno.space. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required by law. Your statutory rights depend on your location.

Updates and contact#

We will update the effective date when this policy changes. Contact Pranay Singh Parihar at pranaysparihar@tryinferno.space for privacy questions.
