PUBLIC SYNTHETIC FIXTURE - NOT CUSTOMER OR PRODUCTION DATA

This standalone fixture was authored for InfernoSIM Azure certification testing.
It contains one captured GET /health exchange with response {"ok":true}.
The reserved example.test domain is illustrative. No real network calls or
external model/API keys are needed for verify or contract mode.

Expected commands with public InfernoSIM v4.0.1:
  infernosim verify ./fixture
  infernosim contract ./fixture --spec ./fixture/openapi.yaml \
    --report-dir ./contract-report --report-formats junit,sarif,html

Expected results: verify exits 0, readiness 100%, no unsafe requests, missing
dependencies or expired tokens; contract exits 0, PASS_CONTRACT, no violations.

The public synthetic fixture may be copied and used for product evaluation.
It contains no private InfernoSIM Azure source code, credentials, or customer data.
This fixture does not demonstrate agent fault injection, a live target replay,
Marketplace acquisition, billing, Azure networking, or regulatory compliance.
